Business Coaching with a difference
Gear Change offers One-to-One Leadership & Business Coaching, Strategy Development and Team Building days. The business coaching is facilitated by Kevin and Andy who have combined their financial and leadership experience with their passion for being active and outdoors.
In his 28 year forensic accounting career, Kevin worked with many well known companies worldwide and, during his 15 years as a partner of the business, built successful teams and held marketing, finance, operations and business development roles. He is particularly proud of coaching many of his fellow team members to become directors and partners. He was also part of the team that successfully sold his forensic accounting business to Top 10 Accounting firm, Baker Tilly, in 2018.
Andy is a retired Inspector from Devon and Cornwall Police where his role included providing Leadership and Management training during his 30 year career. He has also been a Squadron Leader of the RAF Air Cadets for many years, providing Adventure, First Aid and Duke of Edinburgh Scheme training. He has managed teams for the Ten Tors and trekked to Everest Base Camp. Andy is is a qualified International Mountain Leader, a member of BAIML and regularly provides instruction in Outdoor Pursuits.
